The really fantastic thing about specializing in Senior Photography in San Antonio is meeting all these wonderfully talented and beautiful girls. Zoe is graduating from Reagan High School here in San Antonio! Every girl is different making every shoot different too, which is what I love! One unique thing about Zoe is that her family owns the best burger joint in town…LOVE Bigz Burgers! My husband can’t get enough of that place! Of course, another thing that I love about all my fantastic seniors is all the fantastic fashions. Zoe was no exception! Her beautiful grass green dress accessorized with the fun scarf was so beautiful with her skin tone…perfection! Zoe is a girl after my own heart because she is a girly girl that loves spending time with her friends and pampering herself…don’t we all! But, she also loves the great state of Texas and wanted to be sure to capture a Texas feel in her shoot. Because she is going out of state to Kansas to study pre-nursing soon she wanted to soak up all the Texas charm she could in these pictures so we focused on a rustic casual feel that is oh so Texas. As always I wanted to let Zoe shine and the location just compliment her so we went with a rustic old painted building for most of our pics. I think they all turned out wonderful!

San Antonio Senior Photographer | Meet Fiona!

This senior photo shoot was simply gorgeous thanks to the beautiful Fiona! With a beauty like this it really wasn’t necessary to add any additional stuff to the photos…our focus was just on the subject. Fiona mentioned in her client questionnaire that she was looking for natural and classic images and that is exactly what we did. We did a combination of black and white photography and color for this particular shoot and both really turned out stunning. In color Fiona’s eyes were simply amazing while in black and white her overall spirit shinned through. Fiona is a very smart and compassionate girl who enjoys volunteering and spending time with her friends. She is currently a student at Incarnate Word High School here in San Antonio and has received a scholarship to St. Edward’s University in Austin. She will be studying there in the fall to become a special education teacher which to me tells a lot about her heart. I have several friend’s that went to St. Ed’s and they had a really wonderful experience in Austin and at the school in particular…I wish you all the best there and hope that you enjoy it as much as my friends did.

San Antonio Children’s Photographer | Meet Sweet Taryn

Being a San Antonio Children’s photographer I get the opportunity to shoot many adorable kiddos but getting a chance to photograph this sweet little girl truly melted my heart. Taryn was such a doll to shoot and capturing all of her sweet facial expressions was a real joy…she had magic in her eyes! And, thanks to her fantastic stylist (her mother!!!) her outfit was beyond precious too! Outfit choices can truly make or break a shoot and in this case I don’t think it could of been any more perfect. Recently I decided that I also wanted to offer some styling options to add to the mix as well for my shoots so I asked my friend and NTP contributor, Cassandra, to make me a sweet and simple hat. When I saw Taryn in her adorable outfit I knew that the hat was going to work perfectly and it did! It helped give us some variety in the shots and she really wore it well! As always I wanted Taryn to be the main focus of the shoot so we went for a simple location to compliment but not over shadow. I really had such a great time capturing these images for this very sweet family and hope that enjoy looking back on them for many years to come as their little darling grows.

Photographing High School Seniors here in San Antonio could be my favorite sessions to shoot…sssshhh don’t tell everyone else! This shoot was no exception. Photographing Becca, a Reagan High School Senior, was relaxed and fun and I think we got some really special pictures. Becca is a fantastic girl and her inner and outer beauty shines through in every shot. She is excited to attend Texas A&M at College Station in the fall and I know she will have a wonderful time there. Becca has many interests but most of them have to do with the outdoors and nature which is why I especially love the shots we got of her standing in the stunning wildflowers…I love pictures that speak to my subjects interests and passions! I also love the picture of her wearing her cowboy boots in the bluebonnets…this is why we all love the great state of Texas! When Becca told me what she was looking for she mentioned rustic and casual and hope you all agree that these pictures deliver on both!

Becca, thank you so much for choosing me as you Senior Photographer…It was truly a pleasure. I hope you enjoy these pictures very much and I also hope you enjoy your time at Texas A&M!

Shooting Aliza, a High School Senior from here in San Antonio, was so much fun!!! Aliza is a girl after my own heart…she really loves to shop and describes herself as a girly girl! In her client questionnaire she mentioned that one of her favorite things to do was to play with outfits and get dressed up…I knew right then this shoot was going to be fantastic and it was! Aliza also mentioned that she was looking for lots of color in her pictures. As always our fantastic NTP stylist pulled together some really great looks…I love the blue dress especially! While we got some really great shots with bright pops of color I also wanted to get a few more subtle shots as well to highlight this senior’s amazing beauty! One thing that shinned through in every single shot was her amazing smile! It is beautiful and fun seniors like Aliza that make this job SO much fun!

I really had a wonderful time working together with you, Aliza, to get our amazing shots and I hope you love them as much as I do! I also hope you have a great time at Texas Tech…some of the most fashionable and wonderful ladies I know went to Tech so you are in good company!

I have been photographing seniors like crazy here in San Antonio over the past few weeks and March and April are busier than ever! It is not everyday that you meet such a sweet family with hearts that are overflowing with love and joy. I met the Phillips family 5 years ago when “Miss Valerie” was my oldest son’s preschool teacher at Oak Hills Church. We became fast friends and I truly feel like they are part of our family! All of my kiddos adore the Phillips!

We have talked for over a year about Sydney’s senior portraits and the day finally came to take them (A VERY CHILLY DAY AT THAT!) We started at the fabulous Kerri’s house for hair and makeup–of course the Phillips brought both of us a special treat from Starbucks! Then we headed out to this really amazing Texas ranch and the light was wonderful–even on a dreary rainy day!! Sydney is one of those naturals in front of the camera–I really did not have to say much as she just knows what to do and when to do it! I loved her outfit choices and could not be happier with the way they turned out! I cannot wait to create her coffee table book for her to have as a keepsake of this special day!

I am so thankful that I have gotten to know this sweet family–they are true gems! Sydney-best of luck in your future endeavors! I know you will be successful at whatever you choose to do.

Here at Natasha Tessier Studios we just had another fantastic shoot with the beautiful Alysson!!! Have I mentioned that I LOVE my job. This shoot was really so much fun! As always the shoot was made even more perfect thanks to the fantastic styling and makeup by the talented and super sweet, Keri! For this shoot Alysson was looking for bright pops or color but with such a beautiful girl we also had to be sure to capture some images that really just showed off how stunning she is. I am in love with all the pictures that we got and am having a really hard time even narrowing down a favorite….some of the black and white pics were so beautiful but I also think the shots in front of the avocado green door were super fun! Alysson is a very special girl with many wonderful talents and I am so happy that I got a chance to work with her and get to know her better. What can’t this girl do…she bakes, does track and drama, plays basketball, likes to make crafts and enjoys shopping and hanging out with her friends. My goal in all of my photo shoots is to let my subjects personality shine and I hope that Alysson and her family are just as happy with these pictures as I am…this was a truly amazing shoot and I really couldn’t love these pictures anymore then I do.

Alysson, I want to wish you all the best in Austin and I am sure that your future will be very bright!

As a local San Antonio Senior Photographer I get the chance to meet many beautiful seniors here in the Alamo city, but truly nothing flatters me more then when they travel from outside the San Antonio area to get their pictures taken by me! Taylor is a beautiful and talented senior that drove up from Portland, TX which is just outside of Corpus Christi and I am so glad she did because her shoot turned out so beautiful. Taylor worked with Natasha Tessier Studio’s in house make-up artist/fashionista and we got some really great outfits that, as always, really pulled everything together. For a lot of the pictures we really played up the color in her outfits which was a perfect pop for the more subtle background. We also got some fun shots with a vintage turquoise truck that also gave us a great splash of color. And, although I loved all the fun color shots that we got some of the black and white’s were truly stunning…these pictures really highlight Taylor’s inner and outer beauty!

Such a fun girl and I was so happy to get the opportunity to work together with her to get some really wonderful pictures! Thanks for making the trip to San Antonio, Taylor!

I love my job and especially love getting the chance to photograph beautiful seniors. Before I schedule my sessions I like to have all of my senior’s fill out a small questionnaire so I can get to know them better, when I got to read through Taylor’s questionnaire I knew right away that this was going to be a really amazing shoot. Style-wise we were certainly on the same page and I loved her easy going attitude. I also appreciated her LOVE of shopping!!! Taylor had many great options for her wardrobe and worked with our stylist to pull it all together and come up with some fantastic outfit choices that really made the shoot….I especially loved all the accessories, but what girl wouldn’t!!! Taylor has such natural beauty and it really shined through in this shoot. As always I like my senior sessions to be all about the subject and not too fussy and this was no different. The day wasn’t the most beautiful day but you wouldn’t know that by the amazing shots that we got…everything looked great and I was so pleased!

San Antonio Newborn Photographer | Meet Atleigh

I had the opportunity photograph another sweet newborn here in San Antonio. What a special treat it was to capture sweet Atleigh Marie Rademacher! She is one lucky little girl to be a part of such a fun family. Her parents, Shaunay and Adam, are two of the most relaxed and funny people I have had the privilege of getting to know. For their maternity shoot they said they were “up for anything” and wanted something outside of the box and this was also what they were looking for with the newborn shoot! Of course we had to capture this sweet girl in all her beautiful glory on her own…simple and sweet. But, we also had a lot of fun using some new ideas, changing up the background and even using a pop of color that incorporated some fun fabric that Shaunay bought for her stunning nursery! Usually the key to getting amazingly stunning shots of newborns is to have them asleep, but that was just not our luck… Atleigh knew that this was her special photo shoot and she wasn’t going to miss a minute of it no matter what her mommy and daddy did!!! In the end we got everything we could of dreamed of from Atleigh…she is a precious angel!!!

Adam and Shaunay- congratulations to you both on your darling little girl! She already had us all laughing and smiling so I think she is going to fit in just fine with the Rademacher Family!
